3dmigoto skin mods manage tool

d3dxSkinManage 是 3DMigoto 皮肤 Mods 辅助管理程序，可以更方便的管理 Mods，
如果你曾经使用过 3DMiModsManage 可能会对此感到熟悉。
与此前不同 d3dxSkinManage 将 Mods 的压缩文件以其 SHA-1 值命名和储存，并使用索引文件记录其相关信息，
这意味着你可以随意修改 Mod 所关联的信息，而不需要担心这之中存在特殊或非法字符的影响。
在需要加载对应 Mod 时将文件释放到 3DMigoto 的 Mods 目录，你可以在工作目录中对其进行修改或调试，
即便操作失误，你任然拥有一个备份可以还原它。
如果你不习惯 d3dxSkinManage 的操作方式，也可以尝试使用其他的管理工具，
例如 SkinSelectImpact 或 ModManager 。
