I think this is still wrong, based on: https://github.com/rcbops/ansible-lxc-rpc-orig/pull/368/files
Since we're shortening the hostname we would need to shorten the hostname here also (rabbit shortens the hostname by default). We'd need to shorten the rabbit name also for the monitoring test.

The only issue is that we force the shortname on the rabbit servers so this will need to be changed. I've fixed this up and adjusted to use inventory_hostname in: rcbops/ansible-lxc-rpc#2
