This collection of scripts enables the extraction of shapes and parameters from crossection-TEM images of semi-ordered (2d) surface structures e.g. of biological samples, such as often found in structural colours (biophotonics). Non-surface edges were removed manually. The undulation caused by the shape of underlying cells was removed using a low-order polynomial fit. Pixels of consecutive surface pattern were sorted, scaled and noise filtered, before local extrema were detected.
Script to create randomised lines (gaussian and truncated) stacked to cover large area samples for e-beam lithography (generates con and ccc files). Three exposure times can be set for dual-height structures.
