Hey, This was bugging me too. I'm taking a look into it. Looks like the ICAL parser that is being used might be what is making this happen. I'll try to see if I can fix it.
Edit: Fixed it! Event reminders were overwriting the 'Summary' field which had the event title. I'd recommend stepping through the ical_parser.js file with a debugger if you'd like to learn more. (In chrome press F12). Set a break point at line 218 in Ical_parser.js.
