Originally I made this choice to limit the number of false positives that appear when you look for something like r'\w+\.\w{2,3}'
, but I think I can make this happen by maintaining a list of TLDs. Thanks for opening the issue.

Cool. I think it would be pretty useful to have that. A lot of urls are
