BTW, I hope you're followed version compatibility with OJS which is provided in README.md, if not there are:
OJS 3.4.*:
- v2_2_0-0
OJS 3.3.*:

- v1_0_0-0
and you can download one of them as a tar archive from release page.
If your issue is not resolved yet we could fix that step by step) (i.e.: screens, logs)
