Mieru gets stuck if the last read file was deleted about mieru HOT 3 CLOSED

Came through email:
My mieru installation (V2.1.7 git:2ebd6d8) on PR1.1 has the following
options:

Rotation: auto
Show statusbar: off
Remember toolbar state: on
Show paging feedback: on
Fullscreen button opacity: half (default)
Remember scale: on

Problem: Mieru won't read any more comic books after deleting the one
which I was last reading.

Steps

1. I was reading a book which I left in the last page.
2. I closed Mieru.
3. I deleted that comic book.
4. I opened Mieru.
5. An error was shown but I could chose to open a new file.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
I would open a new comic book without problems

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
New opened comic books are shown to be just of 1 page. The progress bar
actually shows 1/0.

I was not able to read any more comic books until I removed the .mieru
configuration directory.
