UBsan flags 2 loops in lzfse_decode_base.c with "Pointer Overflow" warnings about lzfse HOT 2 CLOSED

Hi, it looks like I've spoken too soon. The original loops do produce correct output and changing them results in incorrect output.

So for anyone who is building with a UBsan enabled, I recommend suppressing the warnings by adding an attribute at the function's declaration
