Problem solved

Read_Line conditions weren't good.
Because we reached the last line of the file and stored it into the variable "line" before to check this condition, it couldn't enter it for the last line as we were at the end of the file, so the end of the line too!

if Element (line,I) /= ' ' and End_Of_Line (file) = false then becomes if Element (line,I) /= ' ' then

Read_File isn't the problem. The problem seems to be in filter_check or Read_Line. Somehow, it couldn't find anything equal to a filter in the last line.
