Panel covers windows in multihead about lxqt-panel HOT 7 CLOSED

On my system (sddm, openbox, lxqt) the windows are still overlapped by the panel.
I have rebuild and reinstalled lxqt-panel, just to make sure, but it didn't help.

Any suggestions?

Set your display as the main output in lxqt-config-randr. That did it for me. But it's a ugly hack.

Setting my main display as Primary display in lxqt-config-randr did not resolve my problem.
Do you have another solution?

Do you have a multi-monitor setup? If yes, I don't think it has a solution so far. It not, that is what worked for me. I'll try to work on it.

I do have a multi-monitor setup and yes, it only happens when it is in this mode. :)

This happens to me as well. First I thought it was a compiz bug, but also happens with kwin.
It always happens when switching my external screen on and internal laptop screen off with a single xrandr commandline. Maybe that helps debugging it. I also see sometimes the panel not being expanded to the new with of the screen, but remaining in the horizontal stretch of my laptop screen, which is according to xrandr off. Overall the behavior is a bit random which could indicate a race when screen change detection and rearranging things?
