Seems like it's as easy to reproduce as to add something in targets.ini that doesn't exist:
server=does.not.exist.fqdn

Sorry for the delay getting back to you — have been away working. I'm conflicted — hugely grateful that you fixed this, but I guess I'll have to find some other low-hanging-fruit to be my first reason to learn some Go ;)
