Argh no, so sorry for that :(
I noticed that in some cases this checkbox would be unsafe to use but I should have been more careful about that in the first place.
Some of this issue come from old versions of lutris which kept track if a game is installed by setting a directory in the database (and yes, that directory could be $HOME). Now there's a special flag in the database which explicitly says if a game is installed or not.
I'll make sure this cannot happen again in the next version.
