[Feature Request]: `getSessionAndUser()` should not select ALL columns of user table about lucia HOT 3 CLOSED

At that point, I'd consider building your own adapter. The official adapters provided by the package mostly intends to cover 90~95% of use cases.

Shouldnt it be a default not to get all columns? Doing a "select id & email" instead of "select *"? You wrote in the github info "Authentication, simple and clean" but this is not clean at all to get a full row when just one column of it is needed.

Anyway if you plan to remove the user fully from Lucia (which I would highly appreciate) and just return the user-id from the session table then this would be fixed as well :)

I wonder if there is any need for using Lucia in a Nuxt or Nitro project at all. The server that Nuxt and Nitro use (H3) can already handle sessions: https://h3.unjs.io/examples/handle-session

The only difference is that there is no full tutorial for auth except for this repo: https://github.com/nuxt/examples/tree/main/examples/auth/local
