I think I have the same thing here. When I add an event "los 9:30 today" it is 
added at 11:30, when I add "los 10:30 today" it's added ad 12:30. With quickadd 
on gcal all works fine.

Same thing here with googlecl 0.9.13. I use --date since natural parsing 
doesn’t exist in other language than English. I’d like to have a way to 
specify a timezone to my --date switch (something like: 2011-11-03T12:30:00Z 
for UTC or 2011-11-03T12:30:00+0200 otherwise). For now, all my events are 
one-hour off sinc we change from summer time to winter time here in France on 
Sunday...
