EitherAsync and SequenceParallel doesn't exist in v5.0.0, so I will close this. The v4.4.8 version was updated to enforce ordering of results only (so the results are guaranteed in the same order as the input values), so if you don't need that I was just suggest reverting to v4.4.7.

I'll have more information on migrating from EitherAsync on my blog in due course (and of course in the final v5 release notes).

EDIT: One other thing. The version that was faster wasn't truly parallel, it was concurrent. The latest version is truly parallel. Based on your comments, the hit in performance you're seeing could well be due to cross-thread synchronisation, and so you may find you get better throughput with SequenceSerial, as that's also concurrent.
