pod install fail on MacOS 12.7.3(monterey) Xcode 14.2 about lottie-react-native HOT 3 CLOSED

my Podfile have this condition:
linkage = ENV['USE_FRAMEWORKS']
if linkage != nil
Pod::UI.puts "Configuring Pod with #{linkage}ally linked Frameworks".green
use_frameworks! :linkage => linkage.to_sym
end

so below command should use for my project!

"USE_FRAMEWORKS=static NO_FLIPPER=1 pod install" instead of "pod install"
Everything is work!

I have changed to version 6.6.0 and the results are the same.

i set use_modular_headers! globally in my Podfile, then the pod install step works!

but the next step, another error occured
