Please post all the logs. Also it can take upto 5 minutes for your server to boot.

i cant find a log file, all i can see to logs on the screen when run docker-compose logs -f

I don't see any requests after the server has finished booting. Can you post your ENV file too please?

It said you had exceeded your request limit with letsencrypt.

At this stage I'm unable to give more free support time to get you through this. I would suggest hosting your group on loomio.org or investigating your errors further.
