Hi @Y-Less!
This is by design. The links redirect, so no rot.
I don't want to carry around 32+ v4 releases. It makes offline caching super heavy too.
If it helps you can just reference https://lodash.com/docs/4.

My point was they don't redirect. Going to https://lodash.com/docs/4.16.2 just gives a 404 wheras it previously gave documentation.

I can't repro that. It redirects for me.
You might try clearing your cache (maybe even clearing your application tab cache).

Hmm interesting. It appears most redirects work, but without a service worker (so non Chrome/Firefox) the https://lodash.com/docs/4.16.2 link will 404. Patched dd3a646.
