This recently landed. It looks like you may need to clear your cache.

There's also a 404

I can't reproduce the 404. The file exists for me. Maybe it's a CDN issue with our host.

It's closed because I cannot reproduce the problem. Since I cannot reproduce the problem there is very little I can do to resolve the problem. I have raised the issue with our host to see if they are aware of anything on their end.

I'll post back with any news.

Our host has resolved an issue with one of their PoPs that didn't get the content flushed properly.

For folks still getting 404's, I've let our host know. They're looking into it.

I've made the service worker simply replace vendor paths with their external counterparts.

I've base64 encoded the problem filename to avoid the problem altogether.

Update (Nov. 22)
Netlify resolved their CDN issue. It was related to the + character in the url.
