cannot remove old key about localeapp HOT 2 CLOSED

I've just started using Localeapp and had a similar problem.

As a guess, I'd say it's down to missing translation keys being cached. I wanted to rename a key I'd named incorrectly, but the old key kept popping up in the web interface after every subsequent refresh.

To fix it, I killed the local rails app (removing any cache), deleted the unwanted keys in the web interface, then did a localeapp update and verified that these keys were no longer in the yml files.

Quite frustrating anyway - hope this helps.

I found the solution;) You have to add localeapp's log file to add to .gitignore
