I'll check with your script and then try to do it in such a way that we can edit the mappings and forms, and see what happens there. I'll make it a proper cldf-command, for our workflow as well.

Will see when I find time for this, maybe tomorrow.

So I've implemented this workflow in the new makeconcepts.py file. There's a 1016 entry long masterconceptlist.txt in etc that I took from northeuralex. After mapping with pysem, the script drops all rows where the concepts are not in the master list, creating concepts2.tsv. It also creates a file missing.txt with all concepts that were not found in the data.

One more thing I was planning to do was to use pysem's max_matches parameter and then create another file for reviewing where multiple matches were found, but for some reason it's still matching exactly 1 concept, I think I must be using this somehow wrong
