你好，目前国内的节日是国务院每年11月更新的，对于节日的解释权由国务院决定的。

举个例子，比如在今天（2023年）来讲，我们很难预测2025年5月5日（周一）是否放假。
有可能国务院会决定2025年五一就放四天假，有可能也是五天假，但是是4月30日～5月4日。

假如你无法一直更新包的话（比如为大客户做私有化部署），
推荐使用 try except 写一个兜底逻辑～
只在特定的日期进行节假日判断～
