xkcptun本身就是将tcp转成udp来达到tcp提速的功能，支持udp好像没必要吧。

有些协议是UDP，例如DNS和网络电话。

udp协议没必要再通过kcp去转一遍吧，没什么好处啊

还是有必要的，某些不存在的网站或者服务使用UDP就解不了了。。
