Team's Response
The extension was given for comprehensiveness, as the commands are case sensitive, entering "Exit" would trigger an "Unknown Command" error message. The user could have entered exit but with wrong capitalizations, which would trigger the extension. Hence we think that the MSS and its extensions are both needed for maximum comprehensiveness.

- I disagree
Reason for disagreement: Firstly, I would like to mention that "User enters exit command into the command box and presses enter" is not a good use case becuase it should describe intention rather than mechanics. In this case, because of this 'enters help command', rather than "wish to exit", it casues ambigity over if the user entered the word 'exit' specifcially into the command box, or the user just wishes to enter the command for exit
. I chosse to disagree with the 'rejection' because I wish to emphasise on my understanding of the first point in this use case. That is the user entered the word "exit" and as a result, there should not be any error message because the command word is correct. Thus, the explaination from the dev team does not stand because the user gave a valid command. Thus, I disagree becasue of the ambigity casued by the phrasing of "User enters exit command into the command box and presses enter".
