where did you get the value publicKey? it looks too short and should start with 0x04.
it should be a publicKey of a PKP which you can mint on the explorer at explorer.litprotocol.com

I am following these docs: https://developer.litprotocol.com/SDK/Explanation/LitActions/helloWorld
It is not clear where the public key used in the code is being generated from. Without access to the types, it is difficult to determine if it is being pulled from the authSig variable. If this is the case, the documentation does not mention this step, which leads me to believe that there may be an additional step that is not outlined in the documentation.
What I see when logging the authSig
