Unfortunately the patch #6 is not sufficient.
The dapp account is credited, but the corresponding lisk account is not charged.

The corresponding lisk account is charged, if the account is not the dapp owner.
Only if the dapp owner sends lisk to the own dapp account, the tokens are "generated from nowhere".
