Many scripts citing /bin/sh use BASH-specific features about ltp HOT 2 CLOSED

I've fixed the bashism that slipped into the runltp and runltplite.sh lately. Thanks for the report.

For the rest of the scripts, these are untouched (apart from automatic whitespace cleanups) since the initial code drop (about ten years ago) and mostly unused/broken. But feel free to send a patch to LTP ML if you find some of them useful (most of the development discussions still happens on the mailing list).
