sdcard_image-sunxi: race condition about meta-sunxi HOT 2 CLOSED

I was wrong, the do_rootfs[depends] code does seem to work.

If there is no preference for either (1) or (2), I'll launch a pull request with the fix proposed in (2), and extending it to cover the dependency on sunxi-board-fex:do_deploy:

do_rootfs[depends] += "sunxi-board-fex:do_deploy virtual/kernel:do_deploy"

from meta-sunxi.

I finally went with a 'hybrid' solution:

(1) Use STAGING_DIR rather than DEPLOYDIR to fix race condition with virtual/kernel

I think this is better than using the rootfs dependency on virtual/kernel:do_deploy, as in generally I believe it is best practice to rely on sysroot items, rather than on items in the deploydir. It also avoids using some outdated image in the deploydir when virtual/kernel fails for some reason.

(2) Add rootfs dependency on sunxi-board-fex:do_deploy

While this does not cause any problems, and seems unlikely to cause problems in our use case, I think it is a good idea to explicitly encode this dependency.

Doing some final test with a fresh build dir, and if that succeeds, will launch a pull request.
