K, no prob. is jquery-1.7.2 the version you want listed in the dependencies? And that is the only dependency, correct?

Technically there are no dependencies, but jQuery helps a lot with some of the smooth scrolling stuff. I'm thinking of moving away from closure compiler to uglify for minification, but that's more for dev.

Okay, thanks for clarifying. I'll not add jQuery as a dependency then. I can add closure compiler as a devDependency, but just a thought, since you're considering uglify and you compile LESS, we could put together a simple Gruntfile for uglifying and compiling LESS, then you have the flexibility to add whatever other task you need later, like linting with jshint or whatever. I guess this is technically another issue, but I don't mind putting it together if you want.
