The static-image branch looks stale and outdated, is it safe to remove?

I created the image to use when there is no camera. Its on the no-camera-image branch. There are SVG, PNG and BMP formats. I'm guessing it will be easiest to work with BMPs and NumPy ndarrays but there are other formats in case.
