Segfault with im_affinei_all about libvips HOT 5 CLOSED

The only change from 7.26.7 is this fix. Looks like a change in 7.26.4 broke this. I've added another test to make check to stop this happening again.

I've not made an official 7.26.8 since there's another small fix I'd like to get in. By Monday, hopefully.

Thanks for the quick response, John. It's rotating fine now.

I'm excited to see that the OpenSlide library is being incorporated; I'll be able to use Aperio's JPEG2000 compressed TIFFs (svs) with vips.

There's the smallest one I could find (7MB). It has six pages; the largest is 0 @ 16005x21958. Compression scheme 33003 is JPEG2000, about which the standard libtiff knows nothing. Support for that is included in the OpenSlide library.

It seems to read OK in libvips git master, and in nip2 I can open it instantly and pan quickly. Zoom out is a bit slow since nip2 does not know about pyramids and just subsamples the full resolution image :(
