@JianbangZ 可以拉最新代码再试试，刚优化了一版CUDA实现 (#56)，现在全图都放GPU了，比之前快3倍。

@li-plus 刚测了下，的确现在速度正常了！目前在我这边的A6000速度比vicuna_7b同等量化方法的大概快4~5%。另外请问你打算把chatglm.cpp的内容merge进llama.cpp吗？如果不是困难很大，我觉得merge进去比较好？那边有很多k-quant, vulkan等各种优化工作可以加以利用。
