We should improve the message to say: "All arguments to max() must have the same type and kind". So the error message for "max" must be improved, and the error message for "min" should give the same error message.

min does not throw a nice error message when arguments are of kind real with different precision, max does, but if we check them with GFortran, both work fine.
Should we be throwing a better error message in the case of min too or make it work regardless of different precision value like GFortran does?
