Use this gem with mongoid instead of activerecord about elasticsearch_autocomplete HOT 5 CLOSED

I'm using with select2 plugin https://github.com/ivaynberg/select2 to autocomplete with this:

Post.search({query: "*#{params[:q]}*"}).map{ |post| {id: post.id, text: post.title } }

I need this query with id and text keys with select2. I have tried with this:

Post.ac_search("#{params[:q]}*").map(&:title)

How I can run this gem with select2 or add these keys to query?

You don't need to use wildcards.

Post.ac_search(params[:q]).map{ |post| {id: post.id, text: post.title } }

ac_search it is just wrapped search method. It returns the same kind of results
