what's your system? if you are on a mac, just don't install the growl lib.

I use GnomeShell on Ubuntu and I got a lot of Notifications. That confused me sometimes...
Maybe some cmd argument or something in the Guardfile to deactivate notifications

Is much nicer thanks but I'm not so sure if is good to remove it completely.
It should nice if you can decide which kind of notification you can see. What you think?

I like the way notifications work in guard livereload. It notifies only about configuration reload.
