Is it possible to hook into tornado's reload mechanism?
Could python-livereload take over control of when the restart happens?
(btw: I have noticed that tornado uses epoll for watching files, without an option to use inotify instead.)

@blueyed I think we don't need inotify, since the server only works on development.

I'd love to see this fixed too. Even just an adjustable time before firing the reload would help loads.
