Fixed in commit 9691b3b
Issue was that the timestampes were converted to JSON using Python's datetime.isoformat() method, but the datetime's were naive without a timezone. Firefox interpreted the timestamps as local time while Chrome & Safari interpreted as UTC time. As a result, the timestamp would appear "in the future" for recent escalator breaks (since 12:00:00 UTC was misinterpreted as 12:00:00 EST which is 17:00:00 UTC), and this broke the angular time filter.
Fixed the python code to convert the datetime's to UTC timezone before calling isoformat()
