I hadn't considered NuGet, but that's because I'm not familiar with the tech (I develop on Linux). Creating a package is ok with me, as long as I don't have to maintain it :)
A couple of questions: would the Boost NuGet dependency specify a Boost version, or just get the latest one? And how easy would it be for a user to change it, or to drop it altogether and use a pre-existing Boost installation instead, if they want?

In NuGet you can specify a version 'no older than' or just specify the latest, I believe. It's very easy to change version via the NuGet dialog, or to just remove the NuGet package altogether.

OK, I'll have a go at building a NuGet package and will let you know the address once it's done.

It will be very useful for Windows developers. I searched NuGet, there are only some C# bindings now.
