Please help to locate javapns in Maven about javapns HOT 4 CLOSED

I've started the process to get apns into the sonatype maven repo, but I'm 
having issues with their repo.

I can't seem to build a javadoc jar file from within eclipse... then some gpg 
magic needs to happen.

Maybe someone know how to build the javadoc jar file?

I've tried:

but I only get the sources and the the main jar file.
