I had to sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/php php /opt/bitnami/php/bin/php 1 and sudo update-alternatives --set php /opt/bitnami/php/bin/php in order to Supervisor look for Php 8.1 version.
I really don't know why my server has 7.4.33, but I believe the Horizon requirements looks confuse.

The above error came from Composer and is valid.
