Hi, sorry to leave a content-free comment -- would love to use prospector inside atom.io.

You're right, it should. I thought it did actually but it just crashed instantly, which is suboptimal behaviour! I will look into it, shouldn't be too hard (famous last words)

The new release (0.7) has this feature. No idea how to get it into atom.io though!

I'm afraid I don't write Python anymore, but I think it would involve forking https://atom.io/packages/linter-pylint and changing the executable name and output regex.
