Saving data in working directory vs. value of variable WORKDIR_DEBUG=1 about ghettovcb HOT 2 OPEN

This was caused by call of reConfigureGhettoVCBConfiguration which was placed too late inside sanityCheck => WORKDIR_DEBUG did not get proper value early enough in case it was defined in global config file. I moved call of it after "if mkdir $WORKDIR}; then .." in main block. I included test about WORKDIR_DEBUG with all trap settings for removing workdir in my fork of ghettoVCB, it seems to work now. I also cleaned the code (removed my copy tweak to save workdir), just give signal if you think it is good enough for distribution and I'll create pull request.

This still has not been fixed. I had to make a similar change to get WORKDIR_DEBUG to be recognized. I moved the call to reConfigureGhettoVCBConfiguration before mkdir in main routine, removing it from sanityCheck.
