Is there any unusual bit in your latest log file when you die ? If there is, put it on pastebin/gist and send me the link. If not, did you change the config ? Does this happen without other mods installed ?

Weird, I don't see any error in your log... Some mod must be interferring willingly. I'll have to test by myself. If you want to ease my job a bit, you could try to remove mods until it works as intended and tell me which one was preventing the body from appearing.
