Argument parsing error when specifying "--exec" option to "run" command about backend.ai-client-py HOT 5 CLOSED

If we change the order of arguments like this:

$ backend.ai run --exec "python hello.py" python hello.py
✔ Kernel (ID: 706d546b1032acf1bac8fa7e8f75193a) is ready.
✔ Uploading done.
✔ Build finished.
python-kernel: skipping build phase due to missing "setup.py" file
hello world!
✔ Cleaned up the kernel.

then it works.
So it seems that argparse module gets confused with two different positional arguments: lang and files (with nargs="*").

NOTE: Currently this is an intrinsic limitation of Python's argparse and configargparse packages.

I'm going to migrate to use click, as it provides common machinearies that we have implemented manually (e.g., colored outputs) with graceful adaptation on Windows as well, and more detailed parsing controls (ref: docs).
Initial test using an internal cloud management scripts project was successful.
