Same by me. HASS.Agent has run smoothly over months. Now, suddenly this popup shows up (in my case App host version is 6.0.11)
If I click on download now, nothing happens.
I tried deinstalling Hass.Agent and installing again, but while installing the same popup appears.
Running dotnet --list-runtimes lists:
Microsoft.NETCore.App 6.0.3 [C:\Program Files\dotnet\shared\Microsoft.NETCore.App]
Microsoft.NETCore.App 6.0.33 [C:\Program Files\dotnet\shared\Microsoft.NETCore.App]

I just tried to install the follow-up-version of HASS.Agent and HASS.Satellite from https://github.com/hass-agent/HASS.Agent/releases/tag/2.0.1
this worked out ... it even took over the old configuration!!!
