upd. error comes only on terraform apply stage. and i can provide more info. will terraform debug help with that?

If the error message has a Kubernetes context then it will not required testing. If there is no Kubernetes context of error then we have to wait for someone to be able to do the test with terraform + eks + helm-provider of terraform etc.
