csi controller fails to parse vcenter version 7.0.1.0 string about vsphere-csi-driver HOT 8 CLOSED

seems like it's already fixed on master: 73ad1bb.

but it's still in v1.0.1

@maplain we are working on some more fixes to get in before cutting a new release.

@maplain v1.0.1 is our released image for vcenter 6.7U3 and kubernetes 1.14/1.15. We can't support vcenter 7.0, since it hasn't been released yet :)
