@mardicas If you dont intend to use datastore B in Kubernetes cluster, then make sure that the VC user configured for CSI driver cannot see this datastore. Since you have given "Browse Datastore" permission, CSI driver thinks that it is a possible candidate and invokes CNS API in vSphere to provision the volume. In CNS, authorization happens first and then storage policy based placement, so the volume provision fails.
Solution is to not give permissions for datastore B to the VC user used in CSI driver.
