I've tried almost everything :
- I've checked system's locales
- Upgraded the kernel to 4.2
- Changed debian docker package to try ubuntu one
I'm currently building kubernetes from source. wait & see

@Smana hi, wich version do you use? I have a kubernetes 1.2.4 and I am facing the same issue.
