Feature request prometheus metrics for deprecation warnings about kubepug HOT 2 OPEN

@igaskin actually, it seems pretty nice.

What if, as a first step we instrument the metric behavior as a push gateway (https://github.com/prometheus/pushgateway) sender, and then think about making kubepug later as some sort of webhook, daemon, etc?

Be my guest to open a PR, would love to have this feature :)

I thought about utilizing pushgateway, but was a little hesitant to pursue that as a solution since it could introduce prometheus anti-patterns. Let me see if I can get a POC working in my free time.
